Congratulations, Thanks, Review & New

Congratulations to the winners of last week’s giveaways!
GiveAwayNow.com: Susan Smoaks; Michelle Hill; Mary Ewell; Joan Leonard; Cindy Moore
La La’s Home Daycare: Kathy Merkel
They each won a free copy of my lacto-ovo vegetarian e-cookbook, Confessions of a Red Hot (Veggie) Lover: a True Cookbooklet (Amazon, 2011).  Thanks to Susan, Michelle, Mary, Joan, Cindy and Kathy for their participation.
I had never done an online giveaway before, and two new friends were very patient as they guided me through the process.  Thanks to Scott Ledingham at GiveAwayNow.com and Lori Williams at La La’s Home Daycare for generously hosting the giveaways, and teaching me about them.  Additional thanks to Scott for his feedback on the cover art, and to Lori for a lovely review.
Speaking of reviews, mom blogger Jennie Blizzard Moye just completed an intensive study of the omelettes in Confessions.  Her entire meat-loving family was pressed into service.  Hubby played the hardline critic, and their kids transformed into sous chefs.  The results are available in today’s issue of Southern Mom of 4.  Thanks, Jennie and family.
And that’s not all…  Stay tuned for more reviews and opportunities to win, coming soon.
Meanwhile, I’d also like to take a moment and give a BIG thank you to my vegetarian guest blogger, award-winning and best-selling Silhouette romance author Susan Swift, aka Suz deMello.  She has been such a tremendous help, and came along right when I needed her.  Susan had barely done the Halloween Dinner Party post when my stepfather passed away.  She kindly offered and promptly delivered more, which gave me the time I needed to get myself back together.  Thank you for being such a wonderful friend, Susan!
NEW: Visit our Grocery Store (see page tab above), featuring specialty diet ingredients and prepared foods, guidebooks, cookbooks, magazines, gifts and more.  It’s taking some time to get it all together, and I’m learning a lot as I go along, so please excuse my dust.  But the gluten-free aisle is nearly done, and more extensive than WalMart’s.  Watch for our Soup du Jour and Cookbook of the Day tweets.  With 67 soups and endless cookbooks, I thought you might be able to use some help sorting through them.
A special note to my readers: Thank you for reading this blog for two months, now.  Your support is deeply appreciated.  Please keep me posted as to what you like, what you don’t, what you’d like to see, and cool things you notice elsewhere.  Have a healthy, happy day! :-)
